Our boba begins with loose-leaf tea. We avoid instant tea powders entirely. We steep our tea at the precise temperature to extract the rich, aromatic profile of the leaf without the bitterness.
A stale pearl is rubbery; a properly cooked one is silky on the outside and firm on the inside. We cook our pearls in small batches throughout the day to ensure the texture is always fresh.
We avoid cloying artificial sweeteners. We use house-made simple syrups and quality milk to create a drink that is refreshing, not heavy. You should taste the creaminess, the tea, and the sweetness—in that order.
